yest i went for e ntu tallks.. then i tink prob deciding btwn accountancy, biomedical sciences and tcm and materials engineering... accountancy realli doesn sound nt bad lo.. 3 yrs get deg.. then can oso choose to do double specialization.. accountancy and banking.. tink i wan to do minor in psychology. then saw a no. of ppl... like sam, jie kai, peisi, ky, shunting, zijie, liyen, cheryl, jer, liting, marinah, and many more.. a lot of ppl.. i nd to tink v long b4 i rmbr e name.. ops.. hahaz..

anyway.. i don tink i gt much updates le.. n wrk realli suc.. get scolded by cranky callers.. n callers think tt those mannin e helpline is a maid like tt one.. everything they demand must do for them.. n when they cannot find any1 to blame they blame us.. jus like those cases regarding ir8a.. like its my fault tt iras no longer send out those forms to employers n nv send letter to them telling them tt? is it my fault tt they have to hold on to e line very long coz there r many ppl calling our helpline? is it my fault tt those callers call e wrong no. n i cant do a transfer?? is it my fault tt i dunno when e assessment wil b out??i realli dislike ans calls frm docs.. thye think they very li hai one.. then wan tis ting wan tt ting.. even tho its nt in my scope to decide n do? n i realli don like those manning e helplines at cpfb.. anyhow refer calls to iras one.. n its dam stupid la.. cpfb send out letters to TP then ask them call iras to ask abt it?!?! come on la.. don b ridiculous lo.. n i am absolutely gg to hate ans ph calls.. n i tink next time my hp ring i might end up saying.. good morning/afternoon..tis is shirley speaking, how can i help u... haiz.. sianz..
